I had a fantastic experience dealing with Mark from Wodonga Real Estate during my recent property purchase. From the very first day I called Mark about the property he had listed on realestate.com.au, he was incredibly helpful and prompt with his responses. Throughout the process, he was always available to answer my questions and kept me updated on where things were at. I had a few hiccups along the way, particularly around getting an extension for my finance approval. Mark went above and beyond to liaise with the sellers and make sure the extension was arranged, which took a lot of pressure off me. What I really appreciated was that Mark didn’t just wait for me to contact him. He would call to check in, see how things were progressing and make sure everything was on track.
