I had a very short time frame in which to sell my house. Contacted Mark, explained circumstances. Mark gave me some good advice on simple things to do to improve presentation to potential buyers. He organised for a photographer to be there that same afternoon and the house was on realestate.com the next day. Mark arranged for 3 "Open House" times during the following week.
