Mark found the type of property that we were looking for in the area that we wanted to be (not to far from our granddaughter!!) and our offer was quickly accepted. We then listed our own home with Mark to sell. The final offer on our house was for a little bit less than we were hoping but Mark had a chat with the owners of our soon to be new house and they lowered the purchase a little. At the end of the day the deals were done, we sold our property and we bought our nest egg home. We found that the agent was a bit pushy at first to get the contract signed but then again this was the first property we purchased and thus wanted to make sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed, ensure that this was the property we wish to purchase. However, after signing the contract, Mark's assistant, Luke, has been there every step of the way and we very much appreciate his assistance in getting us through the issues that arose, many due to the virus outbreak and subsequent lock down, until well after settlement.
