We decided to list our property with Mark because Mark and his team are very active in the local area and has a good knowledge of property values and marketed the property professionally. Mark did secure a contract on the property within a short period of time and, although we were a little short of our original goal I think we did secure around the market value for this property.

Mark's market knowledge of the local area is second to none. I found Mark via ratemyagent and he was by far the highest rated agent in my area. When I rang Mark and met with him, I knew this was the guy to sell my house. He had great investor options for us and only required a 7 day off market contract to get going. We sold the house in 3-4 days to an investor and never had to put the house on the market. We got the quick sale we needed and the price we wanted. I was recommended to Lachlan, Mark and the team by a friend and was not disappointed. From the start Lachlan was honest and upfront, listening to my goals and expectations and providing insightful and realistic advice. I attended the open home where Lachlan and Mark were presenting the property, they were courteous and offered information regarding the positive aspects of the home. I made an offer on the property at the open home, I was then advised by Lachlan later that day that there was another offer that was received above my offer, I then subsequently increased that and was successful in purchasing the home. Lachlan and Mark dealt with my agent Michelle who sold my previous home through this process, Lachlan and Mark remained in contact as the process of settlements proceeded. I organised a pre-settlement inspection which Lachlan attended to this. I met with Lachlan and Mark at their office on settlement day, there were delays in the final settlement which was unexpected however this was dealt with courteous attention. Subsequently all was cleared and the purchase was completed.

Lachlan and Mark worked hard to secure a sale, from both myself and the buyer. The team kept me informed about the negotiations with the buyer and the market in general. Succinct communication was appreciated.
