After renting for nearly 20 years as single Mum of two now young men, we have purchased our first home together. My main contact was with Naomi (marks assistant) and she is absolutely delightful. She understood what we wanting to achieve with dual living and my desire to make this dream of buying a home come true. There was an issue with settling cracks in the property. I hired an engineers to do an inspection. The agent assured the engineer the cracks had not changed in years. After settlement the tenants informed me the cracks had continuously got worse over the last three years. Either the agent made deliberately false statements, or else just made a favorable statement without any actual knowledge- either way the property was misrepresented.

For the second time our house has been under contract within 24 hours. We can’t recommend Mark (and Naomi) highly enough. With both sales above asking price and their local knowledge and credibility beyond our expectations. They provide great service and peace of mind with our homes.
