Happy with sale and speed of it, especially after unsuccessful contract with another agency, and enjoyed talking with Mark and Naomi and regular contact with progress etc. a little disappointed that fee was not pro-rated given very short amount of time that house required advertising and showings. All the team at David Deane were very helpful, and assisted a lot in helping us look at countless houses in our search for finding our home.
