Upon meeting Mark and Skye on inspection day I immediately felt a rapport and felt like they understood the type of property I was looking for as a rental property. As an Investor buying into a new area, I found Mark's local knowledge of the property market a great help in making my decision to buy. Skye's practical eye for design concepts gave me food for thought when it came to making extensions to this property to achieve the highest rental yield. Mark has been in constant contact throughout the whole buying experience which has made this purchase extremely easy. There is no "Make the Sale" and don't hear from the agent attitude with Mark. He will always pickup the phone and ring with updates and address any of my concerns with this purchase. Mark is also well connected and happy to share his contacts and experiences for potential home improvements based on real experience from his own renovation projects that he and Skye have completed. I highly rate both Mark and Skye in their people skills to negotiate the best outcome for any potential buyer and I would gladly offer them the opportunity to market this property if it returned on the market and achieve the best possible price in future. The true reflection of how successful an agent is in the area you are buying in is to see their For Sale signs erected throughout their local catchment area and at the time of my purchase I could see countless signs around the Benowa area which told me they had a true grasp on what was happening within the local market with enough credibility to be in a position to market so many properties within such a close proximity.
