They understood our needs just by observing my elderly dad and recommended a single story waterfront that was perfect for our family. He managed to arrange an inspection even before the house was put onto the market. He also drove us around so we can understand the price of properties in the area in general and see other properties to compare. But he was spot on, we fell in love with the house instantly and we completed our house hunting in a single day.
