Mark worked extremely hard to help us get Mum's house sold for the best price. We had to sell it to pay for her to go in to a nursing home but we didn't want to have a 'fire sale' as we had to maximise the sale price for her. The house was definitely a renovator but Mark was able to show off the diamond in the rough to prospective purchasers. We had a lot of people interested and many walked away because of the work needed but Mark got the price he originally told us it would likely to sell for (which was a lot more than we thought it would get). Mark worked really hard over the 3 months it took to sell, even after the sole agency agreement expired so we never needed to list it with any other agents. He had a lot of contacts, so as one lot of purchasers fell away he had others in back up. Mark updated us by phone after every 'open house' and there was good communication from his office about numbers of people who had looked at the online advertisement.
