I selected Mark to sell my property as he is local and knows the area. On the market for 3 weeks and Mark got an offer which I accepted, but unfortunately the buyers finance didn't come through. So Mark continued with the open homes as the market quietened with hardly anybody attending open homes. Out of the blue Mark presented me with a purchase offer that was $10k more than the previous failed offer... I accepted. On the day before going unconditional, Mark forwarded me an email from the buyer with 12 items the building/pest inspection report raised that the buyer wanted rectified if they were to proceed. After a discussion with Mark, he contacted the buyer to inform them of the plan to resolve the issues. Mark contacted me and said that the buyer would accept the 'defects' (most were cosmetic) for a $2k price reduction, and as I needed a quick sale, I agreed. Mark kept me updated after every home open, as well as provided updates during the week. Mark eventually sold my unit for a price I was happy with.
