The different approach and the way you marketed our property with enthusiasm, the video, floor plans and your pricing strategy of " offers over" were the main reasons that we achieved a result of $50 000 more than the other 3 agents that we had appraise our property. Selling property is an emotional roller coaster and while we did experience that you made it fun and enjoyable and for that we thank you.
