As vendor I’m very happy with the results. Mark sold 2 properties for me, both off the market, each one after one private inspection. Price wise, very similar to what I was asking but I did not spent money on marketing or styling of the property… When i needed plumber to do small job to complete the sale, he also took care of this “…no problem leave it with me” that’s all he said and it was done. Straight to the point no sugar coating, no mucking around. I met him probably two years ago when i was looking to purchase property. That particular property was not meeting our criteria however I knew if I ever want to sell, he will be my agent. He was calling and asking, answering all questions, follow up again and again… I waited to write him review long time, only because I did write reviews for other agents before the sale was completed and that was biggest mistake. All other agents only care until contract was signed. Mark was involved/engaged all the way, from signing contract to the settlement. Once again BIG THANK YOU MARK!!
