Mark's market knowledge was spot on - the final sale price was within the initial expected price band he provided. He was professional in all his dealings with the family and with vendors. He arranged for most people to come through in the advertised opens for inspection, and limited additional opens for inspections to the very minimum. We had a few curly issues arise, but Mark left no stone unturned in determining the best course of action.
