Exceptional service

The service Mark provided us was absolutely exceptional and he went above and beyond, including working outside normal work-hours to accommodate a private inspection of the property on a Sunday because it was the only time we could see the house as a couple. Mark was so understanding of our situation. Fabian and I have been married 8 years and have spent only half that time together because my job requires a lot of travelling. It has become very apparent in recent years that my main base for work now is in Sydney, and it was important for us to finally make the big, stressful and daunting move from Victoria. Having just sold our Melbourne home, with a fast-approaching settlement date, and our need to relocate imminent, we were very stressed and overwhelmed by the competitive Sydney property market. Mark always greeted us with a smile and made us feel us ease. He was always very professional, accommodating, honest and communicative. We did not want to miss out on this beautiful home and he understood how important this was to us. We cannot wait to move into our new home and to finally live together after years of long-distance.
