When ready to sell, we had mark come around and look at our property and the one thing we loved about him, is he didn’t just walk in , like we were another customer or Client to make him money. He come in like we New him for years and was himself. And that’s what we wanted. I called mark on a late Friday night telling him, his the agent we wanted to go with. And boom, he didn’t stuff around, had someone ready to go, too look at the property on Monday, they came through Tuesday, before the home was even on the market. The house went on the market on the Wednesday at 1030am. By 415pm that day, had a offer in our hand and was done and clear by the next day. Didn’t even take a day to sell. But like I said before, he didn’t just treat us like another Client thats making him money, he treated us like a friend and someone we will always remember, and another part is, our 5 year old Bloody loved him, we walk pass signs now, with marks face on it and he goes, that’s our guy, Xavier loved him and a agent that cares about your needs and what you want. And the bonus part as well. He came across not just a agent that will help the seller, but a agent that will help the buyer as well. A lot of agents seem to come across like they only care about your needs. But mark, came across like he cared about the full picture, from seller to buyer and both needs. I have used mark once.
