we contacted Mark aproximately 8 months before we made the final decision to sell our property. the entire 8 months we were in contact with mark in regards to property value and him helping us search for our next property. We found mark very approachable, friendly and have a great sense of humour but still professional. He provided reassurance and confidence in the house sale when needed (2 days before christmas).
