Mark has recently sold an investment property for me. Actually he has done more than that… a LOT more.
I am located in a different state and so I was relying on Mark to be the local person looking after the sale of the property. Because it was a tenanted property Mark had to liaise with the property manager, the tenant, the buyers and me. He makes it seem easy to juggle all these interests but we all know it is not that easy.

He got a great outcome that really helped the tenant, the purchaser and also me as the vendor in this regard.
