He was the one who helped us finding our first home in 2019 and now with our first investment property. His professionalism, communication, hard work, expertise, honesty and friendliness made the process alot easier. Mark is a fantastic agent, who was more like family to us and guided us in right direction throughout this time and in 2019. We probably wouldn't have bought another property this soon, if there wasn't his help. Highly recommended!!

He is well aware of the current market sale. Always happy to respond ASAP

I would highly recommend Mark's services as an agent. He went over and above throughout the whole campaign, connected us with well priced local tradespeople, was flexible, communicative and respectful; and sold after the second inspection with a price above the price guide. Very happy with his service and Ray White generally.

Mark was very professional and yet friendly at the same time, really appreciate your service as you made this transition easy and comfortable. Mark always kept us up to date. We appreciate your honesty and your passion for your work. Thanks again Mark.

Mark is a good communicator and has been very thorough in his explanations regarding the process and steps. He has also been very accommodating, such as returning phone calls promptly and answering phone calls even during late evenings. Overall it has been a very good experience dealing with Mark throughout the whole process.

Mark was exceptional in achieving the best possible price for the sale of our property. Throughout the process he was professional, proactive and efficient. He knew the market and the best strategy to sell quickly. We sold our property within a week. I highly recommend Mark and his team. I guarantee you will not regret using Mark Simons from Ray White.

First of all I couldn't recommend anyone else for selling a property Mark has been so respectful , professional and all round good guy but the main thing property value, my family thought Mark's appraisal was too high now I know, was blown away with the price we finally sold for that being said it was on market for less than a week thanks to Ray White for having such great person such as Mark Simons on there team to sell my house was the easiest thing I've done for a long time .Thanks again Mark
