We purchased a property in Cranbourne North through Ray White and Mark was the selling agent. Mark was fantastic, very accomodating a happy to spend as much time as we wanted with us whilst walking through the property. He did not rush us and made us feel very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and anything we requested he attended to very promptly. Mark was fantastic and I would highly recommend him and we thank him for his service. Julie & Chris

Our experience with Mark was fantastic. He was very focused on getting us a buyer in our preferred price range and he was successful. Mark has gone above and beyond for us we couldn't be happier.

We first met Mark when he came to the door and introduced himself to us. It was over 12 months later we contacted him to say we were interested in putting our house on the market. He had kept in touch withmarketing materials such as calenders christmas cards etc. As our Agent he was HONEST warm friendly and always kept us informed. He is well presented and professional in all respects but he is also varing and warm hearted. He worked so very hard to sell our house in a market that is not booming and he never gave up even after we definately threw in the towel. That is why the house sold. Happy with the price we sold at because we gained when we bought our new home what we lost on the one we sold. Bless Mark for always being positive warm working so hard on our behalf.

Just like I said before, it was a very pleasant experience to have Mark guide to the necessary information and details of purchasing this property. Mark has acted in a very professional and in the same time respectful manner. Many thanks Julian

Thankyou mark for the very professional job in selling my mum and dads home. Mark gave me very regular feedback and updates on the progress and was always open and honest with me. I couldn't fault the service we received from mark. Thankyou so much mark

Amazing guy, with a great attitude towards clients. Has got Loads of patience and has made my property purchase look so smooth n easy.

From the first time we had met Mark he was very quick and informative. He made sure we understood the process of the sale thoroughly before we went ahead and made any decisions. Mark was excellent in the sense of daily communication and efficiency. From communication with tenants, to daily updates, to the marketing and sale process he was exceptional. It was such a pleasure to work with him. I would recommend him highly for anyone who would like to purchase/sell a home. From the staff to himself, everyone we communicated with at Ray White Crandbourne was very professional. I would definitely work with him again in the future. Fantastic job!!

Mark Simons is an exceptional real estate professional. I didn’t have much luck with my previous agent, at another agency and decided to call Mark from Ray White Cranbourne. Mark is a very warm and friendly agent who has your best interests at heart. I was selling a family home and was very emotional, and Mark made the process very easy and handled the sale with empathy. Communicated all the way through, advising me every week of open house attendance. Is very honest and informative all the way through. I would highly recommend dealing with Mark at Ray White Cranbourne.

Mark is one of the best Real agent in the industry. In fact we bought the this house because of him, He has very good approach and all time smiling and giving suggestions regarding the sale
