Our journey with Mark, his principal Adam Moore and their Stone team began in 2018 when we expressed an interest in downsizing from our 4-bedroom home to an apartment. Mark told us about owners who were looking to upsize. Mark arranged for an off-market inspection of their property and it was enough for us to " pull the trigger" and prepare, then place our home on the market so we might be "cashed up" should the apartment officially be listed for sale. Fast forward and we sold for a price that reflected the market circa early 2019. Shortly after our sale, the apartment we had our eye on went on the market - as we knew it would be, with Mark and Adam. We joined the queue of potential buyers and were fully briefed throughout, left never in doubt about the price guide or expectations of the vendors. This helped us with our budget and motivated us to pursue as far as we could. Fortuitously we secured the apartment - so no need to say how happy we are with the overall result of around 6 months of emotional investment. After dealing with Mark for the last few months he has been exceptional in helping us to find our home. His genuine and considerate approach along with his enthusiasm and fantastic communication skills have made even missing out on homes an enjoyable experience! His tenacious approach and continued efforts to find the perfect home for our family have paid off and it was a pleasure to purchase our home from him.
