From my very first inspection to multiple others that followed, many phone calls, Mark was outstanding. It was clear to me I was in the company of an exceptional REA and a good man. Mark is an excellent communicator, he is knowledgeable,patient and respectful. I genuinely felt that Mark cared about me, my personal circumstances, my story, that I felt safe to share in part, along with my future goals in my search for a place I could call my own.
