Mark, Ahmed and his team at urban real estate went above and beyond in assisting us with the sale of our first house. Despite selling as the RBA increases occurred and negative gearing coming into effect, mark and Ahmed was able to assist in the successful sale of our property and answered all relevant questions. Due to the changes in the market, the team maintained on going communications with us, was able to manage and negotiate a price that we were happy with, despite difficulties with the market.
