We contacted Mark based on his local presence in the Truganina area to sell an investment property of ours. Mark was a star. We negotiated an agreement painlessly. From that point on, Mark took over. Mark looked after picking up keys from our property manager, hiring local handymen to paint and spruce up the property, hired a staging company for us, recommended a fair price and sold the house within one week of listing.
