Friendly and informative agent

We turned up for our first viewing of this house at an Open House at 10am. The house was opened and ready for viewing with Mark ready to greet potential buyers. Mark was very friendly and informative and was happy to show us around the house. We stayed at the open house for the full 1/2 hour, and we were so impressed with Mark, we signed him as the agent to sell our property.

Excellent Agent

Mark turned up for the initial appointment on time, gave an honest opinion on price and selling strategies. Our house went onto the Internet Wednesday afternoon and was sold by the Friday afternoon. Mark made himself available for every prospective buyer, showing numerous parties through our house on the Friday and had 3 solid offers. An offer was accepted and our house sold.
