From recommending what needed to be done to improve my apartment's salability, to finding suitable tradies to help at short notice I was impressed by his attention to detail. He also helped negotiate with the sellers of my new apartment to keep them informed of the progress at my end to ensure settlement as soon as possible given the constraints of the simultaneous transactions.
