Made a stressful process much more manageable

I used Mark to both buy and sell an apartment at the same time and whilst I won't say the process was stressless, Mark was there at all points to hold my hand and reassure me. From recommending what needed to be done to improve my apartment's salability, to finding suitable tradies to help at short notice I was impressed by his attention to detail. He encouraged me to hold my nerve and wait for a better offer in a housing market in flux and I achieved far more than I expected for my apartment. He also helped negotiate with the sellers of my new apartment to keep them informed of the progress at my end to ensure settlement as soon as possible given the constraints of the simultaneous transactions. I hope not to move for a very long time but if i did i would not hesitate to use Mark's services again
