I first met Mark years ago as a sellers agent for a property I was interested in and was impressed by his relatable personality and no nonsense approach to real-estate. Since that first interaction, Mark has no sold several properties for me on the Sunshine Coast and has achieved highly desirable results for me, negotiating well above asking prices for each property sold. He was always available to contact during the selling campaigns at any hour of the day or night that suited me and never put any pressure on me to lower my asking price to get a quick sale when one of my properties did not sell within the first couple of months as my previous properties had. On the most recent sale many comments were made to me by other real-estate agents claiming my asking price was unachievable, however Mark achieved over my asking price again, as well as beating the suburbs sale price record in our previous sale, that still has not been beaten today some 3 years later.
