I am very happy with the way Mark managed the sale my house. It was done very smoothly. He even took care of the tenant and transferred them smoothly over to the new owner. I was overseas during the period and he kept me informed and took care of things even they were above his responsibility. All the payments and numbers were correctly credited to my account. He is one of the few agents that do quality and complete job and genuinely take good care of his client. He knew the business very well and applied pricing strategy that worked for me. I will definitely call on him to sell my next house.

He was so friendly and communicative, nothing was a trouble to him when we asked for info or help. After buying in the central coast (Woongarrah) the problems with local real estates was unbelievable, they did not act on their buyers interest. On several properties we made an offer which was rejected, but they did not contact us again when they had another offer!!! We would have raised our first offer!!!! They need lessons from McGrath.
