Mark was the key to selling our property for the price we wanted in a very short timeframe. He handled all the trade quotes, scheduling and inspections within a very short period before we went live with the listing. We were kept up to date with all the progress during and after the listing and received detailed updates after all the property inspections. He actively followed up all enquires and negotiated with the buyer to obtain the price we wanted and the property was sold within 3 weeks of listing where other properties have been on the market for a number of months.
