Our daughter inspected the property for us on the Saturday before the long weekend in late January. We offered on the Saturday, and Mark kept in constant touch with us in securing the property for us to our satisfaction and to the satisfaction of the vendor too. Mark was making calls to us on the Public Holiday which was the Monday, and because we were buying interstate Mark was most helpful in answering our legal questions and putting us in touch with a very nice conveyancer from Qld. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough.

Matt made the process very clear and simple. He kept me up-to-date and he was always contactable. He was calm and friendly. The only issue was the completion of the form 2 by Dott and Crossitt. They forgot to complete on question and were uncontactable at critical periods. But Matt sorted this out
