We were considering selling our property and downsizing in the local area. We contacted Mark via a letterbox drop flier, who showed us a couple of properties for sale and took time to explain to us the very active local market, both selling and buying. We then attended various home opens to get a feel for what was available and to gauge some of the local sales agents. After a couple of weeks we accepted Mark's proposal to act as sales agent for our property, following which he organised some private viewings, including recommending how we should present our house. As a sales agent we felt that Mark was treating us as friends, offering advice, keeping in touch with our progress and liaising with several interested parties, including a preferred prospective buyer. During the process Mark was straightforward and explained to us each offer, based on it's merits and shortcomings. Within a month we accepted an offer and agreed a contract for sale, with a reasonable settlement period. Mark continued to assist us with completion of the various formalities and inspections that were required prior to settlement. During this time we continued looking for a prospective purchase, including some prospects suggested by Mark, and within a further month we had identified a suitable property and made an offer that was accepted. The total period of the various sale and purchase activities was four months, ably supported by the friendly co-operation of Mark and his office support team.

We had used Pulse with previous properties. However this property was in Safety Bay where Pulse did not have an resident agency. Mark agreed to come down and reviewed the property. Upon viewing the property, he was excited and full of ideas on how to present and promote the property owing to its location and view of the lake. A twilight home open on Saturday and opening on Sunday with offers coming over the weekend. House was sold on Monday. Mark made this a very simple and uncomplicated process with an outstanding result. Very pleased and happy with the outcome.
