Pros - Chose Mark as he had an honest face but also mainly for the fact that he showed an interest in our house and what renovations we had done since owning the property. With this desire he sold our house quickly and was extremely helpful in answering our questions. Cons - Only twice did we not get a timely response due to his workload and one time after an open food was left on the bench and the door left unlocked. We were extremely happy with everything and would ask his help to sell any other property we want to put on the market in the future.
