Knowing my local market as an interstate investor I thought I knew what I needed to do to sell my investment property in Mildura. Unfortunately my property wasn't left in great shape and I found myself having to put 100% trust in a local agent to make any sort of profit. This was incredibly difficult for me to do. But from my first meeting with Mark I knew I had hit the jackpot (agent wise!). Mark outlined what was needed to go from a loss to profit and had fantastic local contacts to help achieve that. I put my faith in him completely, I lived on site for 5 weeks and completely flipped the inside of the house. Mark was a regular visitor, checking and ensuring I was on track. Thanks to Mark and his contacts the house came up amazing. Mark also had buyers waiting and the house was under contract the day the sign went up, without the need for an open inspection. I am very wary of some real estate agents but Mark is genuinely a nice guy who knows his stuff and the local market well. Mark is also very honest and upfront and worked for our best interests, disclosing immediately to us that he knew our buyer but negotiated a price right at the top of our bracket which we were more than happy with. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Cheers Mark!
