After input from the stylist, we realised that we would not be comfortable to continue to live in our house during the preparation for sale and the sales process, and since we did not want to move to intermediate accommodation and put all our effects into storage at this time, the effect was that we delayed putting our house on the market until we had bought our next home. This delay from an initially proposed time frame was handled patiently and graciously by Mark Tooth. He and his office handled all the details of preparation of the house, and he kept us informed of progress prior to and during the sales campaign, and remained positive throughout.

James is hard working, got a good result in a market which is going through a bit of a downturn

Mark & James were thoroughly professional. We wanted them to manage the whole process including refurb and presentation of the property - and they did, securing a very good result at auction.

I had previously sold a house through Mark Tooth and James Cahill of Belle Properties and had found it a smooth, efficent and successful process. I was selling a unit in Sydney whilst living in WA so needed an agent I could trust. They arranged for it to be dressed so it was immaculatly presented and then put it on the market at what I considered to be an ambitions asking price. It went on the Market on Friday, had an open on Saturday and we recieved 2 offeres on Sunday and signed an unconditional contract on Tuesday at the full asking price. I couldn't be more impressed with the process and outcome. A fantastic job.
