My wife and I have a home in Cromer & were looking to make a life change. We live busy lives and value the benefits that a quality agent can deliver. After having interviewed many prospective agents we were referred to Mark who we were told specializes in the Cromer, Naraweena, Collaroy area. The friend referring Mark told us of their experience where an exiting vendor left the premises in a terrible condition and Mark spent his personal time on the weekend cleaning the house so that it would be clean and ready for the new purchaser to move into on Monday.
