His communication was outstanding, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Mark's knowledge of the local market and negotiation skills were invaluable in securing the property at a fair price. I am truly grateful for the outstanding service provided by Mark Vella and his team, and I wholeheartedly endorse them to anyone seeking a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent.
Mark and his Team are extremely helpful and highly professional. They are super-responsive and have in-depth knowledge in all aspects of property sales and marketing. Highly recommended!
Mark Vella is a standout real estate agent in the Blacktown area. Unlike many agents who primarily serve the seller’s interests, Mark showed exceptional professionalism and genuine care from a buyer’s perspective. He’s punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, making the home buying process smoother and more humane. After dealing with numerous agents, finding Mark was a breath of fresh air. His dedication to clear communication and support, regardless of financial incentive, truly sets him apart. Highly recommend Mark for anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional agent.
Mark Vella & his team at STAR PARTNERS exceed our expectations from start to finish Mark & his team were thorough professionals. Thanks again Mark regards Steve & Thanika Vanzanten
Working with Mark and team has been a positive process. As first time buyers, we had lots of questions and Mark was always contactable and happy to answer all questions. Both my partner and I work fast paced busy industries where we’re not able to pick up the phone or check emails immediately, but the process has been easy, the team are patient and quick to respond, and we mostly appreciated their honesty and expertise throughout the process. There was never a moment where we felt the team were being too salesy or pushy. Overall great experience.
Without Mark and his team, the results that we achieved with the sale of our home would not have been possible. The local agents could not compete with the effort and care that Mark put in to our sale, and the sale price reflects that. Without skipping a beat, Mark was able to find the right buyer for our home, all whilst achieve a record price for the style home in the area. 15/10 effort! Thank you Mark and team for allowing our family to reach our new home goal!
Mark came highly recommended and didn't let me down. Highly professional and delivered exactly as promised.
Couldn’t recommend Mark & his team enough. From the first interaction we had with him, we knew he was the agent for us. His knowledge & experience is second to none. He’s also really down to earth with his clientele, making you feel like you’re really part of the team & you’re not just another transaction. Always willing to go the extra mile for you, From the early morning & late night phone calls & texts, Mark will always keep you up to date with what’s happening.
It was a great pleasure working with Mark and his team to smoothly settle in new property. His hard work helped us to buy new property with no hassle and I strongly recommend him for your next move in this business.
I’ve been following a few of the local agents for a while and have seen Mark pop up all over social media so it was a given I reached out to him to help sell our first home. From the very first interaction he made you feel super comfortable and explained the selling process to us with confidence. His experience and knowledge of the market is second to none. We knew right away he was the agent for us. Mark is very hands on in his approach and kept us in the loop every step of the way, from late night and early morning texts, to phone calls with updates. Mark and the team delivered a result above and beyond our expectations! We couldn’t recommend Mark and the team at Starr Partners Blacktown more highly!
From our first meeting right until auction day Mark kept us informed (phone calls and texts even late at night) of the progress of our sale. His knowledge of the local area was evident from the number of potential buyers he brought to our home. Mark was always available to answer our questions and calm our nerves. His realistic approach was greatly appreciated. Without Mark by our side to guide us we would not have achieved a great sale result like we did. The entire team with Mark were always very professional and nothing was ever a problem. We would highly recommend Mark and his team at Starr Partners Blacktown.
