I must say Mark is a true and confident professional who knows about Blacktown properties in and out. This was our second experience with Mark (1st time property could not got sold) and because of Mark’s knowledge and transparency we gave him our property again for sale and he got us the result in 1st open home. I would highly recommend him, keep up the good work Mark !
Mark is one of the most genuine agents I have ever met. He has great communication and works hard for the seller and buyer. Very transparent and honestly just a really lovely man.
Mark was very professionally from the 1st moment i met him. Mark was honest, never promised me something that he couldn't commit too and the level of communicaton was exceptional. Mark, thank you for making the selling process easy and not stressful. I highly recommend Mark!
Mark is professional, diligent and gets the results. After the first open home inspection, the house was sold. Communicating every step of the way, Mark worked hard in the background to get it sold. Can’t thank him enough for all his efforts, would definitely recommend him and will use him & the team again when we are ready to sell other property in our family portfolio.
Mark was awesome throughout the whole buying experience. Even with a couple of setbacks, Mark was incredibly supportive and ensured that we thoroughly understood the whole process.
Mark is a fantastic, trustworthy agent. He kept us in the loop at all times and went above / beyond to acheive a great sale outcome. He is highly recommended!
Mark was very reassuring and always there to answer any questions in a timely manner, he took time to walk us through the entire process and was very patient with me during this stressful time.
Mark Vella was an excellent agent. His knowledge of the local market and advice on what price I should ask for my property was spot on. He was successful in getting me that price which was much more than I had been advised to expect by other agencies. Mark is a very personable man, always immaculately dressed and professional in his dealings with myself and prospective buyers.
Mark was great to work with, efficient and always got back to us, even with the smallest of detail. Thank you so much for making our experience with selling our house so quick & easy. You really put in the hours even while you were on annual leave. We could not thank you enough, your dedication to the process was impeccable.
Mark is very professional, and the process of selling the property is very easy and stress free. Highly recommended.
Mark was a great partner to help us in selling our home. Not only was he willing to listen to our needs, he also has great knowledge of the current market situation. His industry experience in making the sale of our property quick and to our expectations was great! Would be recommending Mark to all our friends who would consider selling their property.
