I cannot fault Mark. Mark knows his market, knows how to deal / communicate with people both vendor, purchaser and tenants. We are grateful to have had Mark as our agent.
Thank you especially a special acknowledgement and thank you goes out to Mark who is a very nice person and a professional agent.
Mark's service & local market knowledge is second to none, he also got us a sale price higher then other real estate agents had estimated. I would definitely sell with Mark Vella again.
Mark was a fabulous agent. Worked so hard especially as we are living interstate which meant things were more difficult his end. Great listener, communicator and sense of humour and got the result we needed. Will highly recommend Mark to friends and family. Thank you Mark!!!!
Mark advised us in many aspects of the sale of our property he was honest, easily contactable and genuinely wanted the best result for us. I have delt with many agents in the past but my experience with Mark was great and locking forward to our next purchase.
Mark is a total professional and I can’t recommend him highly enough ( I would give him Ten stars if they were available!!) Marks work ethic and energy is amazing, he is polite, reassuring and honest and regardless of his work load Always returns calls in a timely manor and had the knowledge and connections to sort out any little issues that came along during our short campaign. Our home was sold with in days thanks to Mark Vella. A truely top professional.
We put our house up for auction through Mark and we certainly weren’t disappointed! While the lockdown created some setbacks and we weren’t able to go to auction, Mark and his team were able to sell the house at the price that we wanted. He is very professional and communicates in a prompt and transparent manner. Mark certainly has a good eye for market trends!
This is my second experience using a Star Partners to sell my home in prospect area and Mark Villa have been very responsive and helpful at everything, I have needed from selling my house and finding great people who can come on Auction date. The reporting was excellent for my outcome. I highly recommend Mark Villa from Star Partners.
Mark is friendly and engaging, and took time to understand what was important to me in the sales process. He communicated well with me throughout the process, particularly when there were a couple of difficult issues to work through.
Very good communication skills. Amicable and friendly. To the point talking which I prefer and helpful when I didn't understand things. Would recommend Mark Vella, to friends.
