Easy to communicate with and puts his clients first. He really tries hard to give what his clients wants and is always ready to answer any questions we have. The only recommendation I have is that he call each person separately and do one to one communication with all parties who signed contract on buying the house. Reason being that relying on one person to relay information to others turns into a game of Chinese whispers where people become confused or don't have the right information. I understand trust and how it is easier, but keeping one person in the dark and hoping the one informed relays information isn't tight. Otherwise, he was happy to inform
