We first used Mark 3 years ago and saw how great he was then. Some personal issues came up and we had to halt the sale of our house. Mark was very patient and understanding. We ended up renting out the house using Starr Partners which was a good experience as well. 3 years later, we put the house back on the market. Mark's advice and guidance made us feel like he was a trusted friend and wanted the best and most realistic outcome.
