Simply Outstanding, a genuine leader in the business and a polite and respectable gentleman.

So as an older customer struggling with apps and emails, I actually asked, if I could review Mark (and his entire team), because I felt I just had to. I don’t know why, but I had a negative expectation of any Real Estate agent, so I guess, that makes be questionable and bias. The night I met Mark, he strode into my house and within 10 seconds, put me at ease, and a genuine friendship and mutual respect grew, from there. There is no doubt about his professionalism and it flows to every member of his team. Even the drone flyer was amazing. Strangely, I was caught up in the actual science and psychology of the entire process from start to finish. My humble opinion of their greatest skill, in my mind, is undoubtedly communication. Simply flawless, every time anything happened, it was sent to us literally as it happened, with results, realistic opinion and just plain old fashioned respect. Mark does business the way it used to be done, when Australia was being built as a mighty nation. We should all hope to get back to that wonderful period, when you got true value for a fair price. Well that’s it, he changed my mind, I believe that you can have a good experience selling a home. I certainly did, and I’m not the easiest old buggar to get along with.
