No nonsense, straight talker without the stereotypical real estate personality

Mark was one of three real estate agents we talked to, and though he did have the higher fee of the three, we also felt like he wanted to help. We had a simple question we asked "what do we need to do with our house now to get it ready for photos and inspection" Of all the real estate people we talked to, he was the only one who took this question seriously and answered prior to knowing if we were going to choose him. Asking "do you have any questions" and then actually answering the questions seems like it should be a no brainer, however it was one of a series of good signs. This continued throughout the process, Mark gave us good advice and the right level of communication so that we were informed, but not saturated with information. His team handled some challenging market conditions and some tricky interested buyers, and a tricky solicitor. A real credit to Mark is that we felt like we got all of his time, when there's no way that could be the case. We got a very good result in a challenging market, and more than we had thought we would end up with.
