He's the best!

I needed (wanted) to sell a rental property that I had owned for 25 years so I spoke to my property manager at Starr Partners in Blacktown who put me onto their sales department where I met Mark Vella. After viewing the house, Mark was immediately enthusiastic about it and was very helpful in answering all my questions, able to give me a reliable estimate of its current value, and suggested the best ways to increase that value by updating it in ways that were cost effective - for every dollar I spent the value increased by four dollars! Mark organised all trades that were required to carry out this work, and for all that was involved in the actual sale (advertising, photography, hire of props, and open day), keeping me informed of progress throughout the whole process. Thanks to Mark the property sold 2 days after the first open day - and at a price that exceeded my expectations!
