Mark's briefing before the auction was very helpful and clear as to the proceedings on the day of the auction. The auction itself was managed extremely well by Mark and the team from Ray White, Mitcham (Janet and Ann). There was huge interest in the house and a very large crowd both during the final inspection and the auction. The weather was challenging with rain threatening and Mark made a last minute call to hold the auction inside (with half of the crowd overflowing outside the kitchen doors) - this was a very wise decision as there was a heavy downpour towards the end of the auction! Having to move inside at that critical point would have been highly detrimental to proceedings. Mark's skill and experience as an auctioneer was evident to all and the result was far beyond our expectations - Mark is deserving of our sincere appreciation!
