Being my first home purchase, I was a little apprehensive about some of the processes of purchasing a property. Mark forms a good strategy, then executes well. Similar strategies are touted by others, but their advice to me was the property wasn't worth anything near what we achieved. Mark ran the strategy with a good price tag and had three buyers with written offers within a week. Coincidentally, they all bid the same price, so they all re-bid higher and we were able to sell the townhouse next door as well as the one we put on the market. We were therefore able to satisfy the buyer who will move in, the buyer who is an investor plus us, as the seller. We highly recommend Mark and Shannen.
