Mark Whybrow
The first open house Mark arranged was on a Saturday. He rang back on the following Monday with a to let us know that plenty of people had come through and to our excited surprise there were some offers already. Mark mentioned an initial offer well below what he had suggested we might sell for. A second offer had also come in – it was better, but still below the mark. We were getting a little less excited by now. Oh, there was a third offer, Mark said. A young family with kids running all over the place. Well, that's how we started at this property so a good sign, right? But the way he described it made it sound like another fizzer. Then he casually mentioned their offer. We were literally dumb struck. The upper limit of our pricing scale. Mark asked if we were still on the phone and we collected ourselves to confirm that we'd heard right. Unbelievable. A sale after a single day of open house and at the max we had been hoping for. Good enough for us. Thanks BIG time, Mark, for a great experience.
