From my first inquiry about looking for an agent to market my property, Mark was very professional. At our first meeting he had already done background research on recent sales of similar properties and explained very clearly what Independent Property Group would do for us. He knew the particular property in which my unit was located very well and had a clear idea of likely potential buyers. He offered a competitive selling commission and once I gave him the go ahead he got onto the task quickly. He offered us either for sale by offer or auction and explained the benefits and challenges of each and let us make the decision - we went for "sale by offers above". He and his staff worked quickly to help us get the property onto the market. I got regular feedback along the way. The first inspection was on a Saturday and the property was sold by the Tuesday, with a result above what we were expecting. Mark had worked well to support our interests, including providing advice on the people who made offers. He then explained the steps we needed to undertake to complete the sale process and recommended a solicitor who would look after the conveyancing for us. We could not be happier with both Mark and IPG's work on the sale of our apartment in the inner south of Canberra.
