His appraisal as to the value of my unit was accurate, with the unit selling within the range he predicted. It was reassuring to go into the sale with realistic expectations. As I no longer live in Canberra I was very reliant on Mark and his team to prepare our unit for sale. The cleaning, painting , gardening and styling were all organised for us with reasonable quotes. The unit was very well presented on All Homes and we were more than satisfied with Mark's advertising campaign. Mark is a very good communicator and at all times we were kept informed as to how the sale of the unit was progressing.
