I first spoke with Mark when I saw ad for a house which took my interest. It was to be an open house on the Saturday morning which unfortunately we could not attend. I approached Mark for an early viewing on the Friday, which he arranged, much to our delight. We viewed again on the Monday and indicated we were in a position to make an offer. Mark stepped us through the process as it was proving to be a time sensitive offering. Upshot was we we're able to sign a contract on the Tuesday night, settlement 30 days, all going smoothly.
