Last time you bought a house, I bet the large real estate agency signed you up and hardly spoke with you again, until you were welcomed on moving day with cheap champagne and a bunch of business cards. Not us. We bought through Mark Yusuf. Talk about personal service! He has acted for the vendor but all the time stayed in regular contact with us, right through the settlement period, long after he'd already made the sale, and has really gone out of his way to be helpful. He's gone back to the property several times to photograph things for us, arranged access whenever we wanted, and has been easy to reach. Yesterday we were welcomed with beautiful flowers, in a lovely glass vase, champagne, chocolates, a personal note, a gift voucher for a local restaurant, and - after I'd mentioned to Mark that we'd love a copy of the old Certificate of Title - the vendors have given us the framed original.
